ABOUT THE BROKER

Hi, I'm Bryan. Before I got into real estate, I was in the publishing industry, managing one of the largest newspaper groups within a national publishing company and then building an editorial design company from the ground up. I know how to grow brands and am passionate about customer service.

I'm also a former licensed building contractor and former flipper with a love of homes and architecture, and geek-level knowledge of building science.

Because we want the Maker brand to represent excellence, we have a few minimum requirements for agents:

  • • Two years' experience in real estate or a closely related field.
  • • A college degree.
  • • An active Minnesota real estate salesperson license in good standing.
  • • If you have any additional certifications or licenses (GRI, contractor, appraiser, etc.), that's icing on the cake.
