Why Minnesota?

There are many reasons Minnesota routinely ranks so highly on national quality-of-life surveys: We have endless ways to enjoy some of the most pristine nature in the country; we have low unemployment and more Fortune 500 companies per capita than any other state; we have a tradition of excellence in our education system; we have a state government that works; and Minnesotans care about their neighbors.

How I help new Minnesotans.

Hi, I'm Bryan Clapper. I've helped families and individuals moving to my home state from Texas, Iowa, Nebraska, Massachusetts, Ohio and many others to find their dream home. I was born and raised in the Twin Cities but have since lived in four states and three countries. When it came time to start our family, though, my wife and I knew there was no place else we'd rather raise our kids.

I've been a full-time real estate agent and broker for eight years and have sold more than $21 million in Twin Cities real estate. My clients have had budgets ranging from $150,000 to $1.5 million and every single client I've worked with has called me for their next real estate need or referred me to friends.

Let Me Do The Hard Work For You.

Some clients enlist my help after they've already landed in Minnesota, either in corporate housing, a temporary rental, and even sometimes in a hotel room. For others, though, the process starts long before they've packed their first box. As your "eyes on the ground," I'm happy to set up searches for you, preview homes and send you walk-through videos to help narrow it down to the best houses, and even do virtual showings via FaceTime or Zoom. That way, when you show up ready to look at homes in person, we're not wasting our time on homes with obvious deal-breakers.

Testimonials

We were relocating to the Twin Cities for a job opportunity, and the window for finding a home was very tight. Bryan did a ton of upfront research for us before we even met him in person, which allowed us to pinpoint our house search from a distance and make the most of our house hunting when we arrived in the area. Bryan was knowledgeable about the area (schools, amenities, etc.) and current real estate market, so we always felt we were in competent hands. We zeroed in on our house and made an offer that was accepted, but out of the blue there was a problem with our mortgage lender: our loan had been mishandled and sent to the wrong (aka, not relocation-specific) department, and our closing would have to be delayed due to this error. Bryan went to bat for us and kept the situation under control. In the end, the delay was only a few days, but this is largely due to the extra work Bryan put in with the seller's agent and our lender. Under a stressful situation like that one, it is so important to have an experienced, professional, hard-working agent on your side. Bryan was certainly that for us and our family. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch real estate agent in this area."

"Bryan did a great job helping my husband and I find a wonderful home. As out of town buyers, we needed a realtor who was willing to preview houses for us. Bryan went above and beyond by taking videos of houses for us, and even did showings via Facetime so that we could see the houses without having to be there in person. There was a shortage of inventory and it was a sellers market while we were searching, so it was important to have a realtor who was prompt and available so that we didn't miss out on homes that were selling very quickly. Bryan did a fantastic job about responding to emails quickly, and worked with our busy schedules to show us houses when we were available. I would definitely recommend working with Bryan if you are searching for a realtor."
