Hi, I'm Bryan Clapper. I've helped families and individuals moving to my home state from Texas, Iowa, Nebraska, Massachusetts, Ohio and many others to find their dream home. I was born and raised in the Twin Cities but have since lived in four states and three countries. When it came time to start our family, though, my wife and I knew there was no place else we'd rather raise our kids.
I've been a full-time real estate agent and broker for eight years and have sold more than $21 million in Twin Cities real estate. My clients have had budgets ranging from $150,000 to $1.5 million and every single client I've worked with has called me for their next real estate need or referred me to friends.

Some clients enlist my help after they've already landed in Minnesota, either in corporate housing, a temporary rental, and even sometimes in a hotel room. For others, though, the process starts long before they've packed their first box. As your "eyes on the ground," I'm happy to set up searches for you, preview homes and send you walk-through videos to help narrow it down to the best houses, and even do virtual showings via FaceTime or Zoom. That way, when you show up ready to look at homes in person, we're not wasting our time on homes with obvious deal-breakers.
